The Mirage Hybrid Power is a standard F3 car compliant to the FIA F3 regulations 2011.
The power unit consists of a petrol engine and a electric engine:

Maximum torque: 106 Nm at 8000 rpm
Maximum speed: about 260 km/h (with KERS)
